What are Organization Benefits?
When you join an organization in TLGeo, you automatically get access to the organization's subscription benefits. This means you can use premium features and extended access that the organization has purchased - without paying for an individual subscription!
How It Works
The Simple Explanation
Think of it like this: Your company buys a "team subscription" that expires on December 31, 2026. You have a personal "free account" that expires on June 30, 2024.
✨ Magic happens: When you're a member of the company organization, your account automatically gets upgraded to expire on December 31, 2026!
What Gets Upgraded
When you join an organization with better benefits, you inherit:
For GeoCollect:
- 📅 Expiration Date - Extended access period
- 🎯 Tier Level - BASIC, PRO, or ENTERPRISE features
- 📱 Device Limit - More devices you can use
For Flight Planner:
- 📅 Expiration Date - Extended access period
- 🎯 Tier Level - BASIC, PRO, or ENTERPRISE features
- 📱 Device Limit - More drones/devices you can manage

Example 1: Individual vs Organization
Before Joining Organization:
Your Personal Account:
- GeoCollect: BASIC tier
- Expires: June 30, 2024
- Max devices: 3

When you join ABC Company:

How to Check Your Benefits
Method 1: Web Portal
- Log in to TLGeo GeoAdmin
- Click your profile in top-right corner
- Select "My Profile"
- Look at the "Subscription Info" section
You'll see:
- GeoCollect Tier: Your current tier (BASIC/PRO/ENTERPRISE)
- GeoCollect Expires: When your access ends
- Flight Planner Tier: Your current tier
- Flight Planner Expires: When your access ends
Method 2: Mobile App
- Open GeoCollect mobile app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Check "Subscription Status"

- Go to Organizations page in GeoAdmin
- Click "My Organizations"
- You'll see all organizations you belong to

Q: Do I need to pay for organization benefits?
A: No! When you join an organization, you automatically get their benefits for free. The organization owner pays for the subscription.
Q: What happens if I leave the organization?
A: You'll lose the organization's benefits immediately. Your account will go back to your personal subscription level.

- Expires: December 31, 2026
After Leaving:
- Expires: June 30, 2024 (back to your personal subscription)
Q: What happens when organization subscription expires?
A: When the organization's subscription expires, you'll lose those benefits. Make sure your organization owner renews the subscription!
The system will automatically:
- Remove the organization's benefits from your account
- Fall back to your personal subscription
- (If you have no personal subscription, you'll be downgraded to FREE tier)
Q: Can I use both personal AND organization benefits?
A: Yes! The system gives you the BEST of both.

Your Personal:
- GeoCollect expires: December 31, 2026
- Flight Planner expires: June 30, 2024
Organization:
- GeoCollect expires: June 30, 2025
- Flight Planner expires: December 31, 2026
You Get:
- GeoCollect: December 31, 2026 (from personal)
- Flight Planner: December 31, 2026 (from organization)
Q: How many organizations can I join?
A: You can join multiple organizations! Each organization has its own member limit (default: 5 members), but there's no limit to how many organizations you can be part of.
Q: Will organization owners see my personal data?
A: No. Organization owners can only see:
- Your name and email (from membership)
- That you're a member of their organization
They cannot see:
- Your personal subscription details
- Your projects or collected data (unless you share it)
- Your device information
Q: What's the difference between BASIC, PRO, and ENTERPRISE tiers?
BASIC Tier (Free):

How to Share Benefits with Team Members

Setting Organization Benefits
Only TLGeo Administrators can set organization benefit levels. As an organization owner, you can:
- Purchase an organization subscription
- Contact support to set your tier level
- Benefits apply to all members automatically

Problem: Not seeing organization benefits
Solution:
- Log out completely
- Close all browser tabs
- Log back in
- Check your profile again
Problem: Benefits suddenly disappeared
